But they're still, like, a really good team.

No doubt.

But if they blow the division against this version of the SEC, I think that should really hurt their chances.

They essentially would have lost to the only team they played with a pulse all year.

I say all this knowin good and well that they are in no matter what. I'm just one of those "win your conference or frick off" guys.

tOSU or UGA
No...

If Bama wins out, and so does tOSU, that leaves both UGA and tOSU with 11-2 seasons. There clearly would be a serious discussion which would be more deserving. Somehow, the Buckeyes have forgotten that they were destroyed in not one, but two, games this season.

As of right now, if Ohio State and Alabama win out, Ohio State has an 83% chance of making the College Football Playoff.

Say what you want but the biggest game of the weekend is OSU/MICH.. Cause if by some crazy reason Mich wins and then OSU beats Wisky, The big ten is OUT... Plus if somehow TCU beats OU in the big12 CG, then you have A 3 loss Big ten champ and A 2 loss Big 12 champ... ALOT can still happen..

Yu could easily have the pac-12 the Big 12 and the Big ten left out o the playoff.............

In that case you could actually have Miami/Clemson and AU Bama in the playoff.... NO WAY they let A 3 loss OSU team in the playoff with 3 losses.

I can't possibly predict what criteria gets a team who doesn't win their division and has 1 win over a ranked opponent(not even in the top 15) in to the playoffs. But they already have them 4 spots ahead of Wisconsin who has the same exact resume right now so yeah

That will leave
1. Bama
2. OU (allegdly)
3. Clemson (or even UM)
4. tOSU or UGA
what case does OSU have over ND or even USC who have both played much tougher schedules?
