Seems unlikely considering the conference revenue sharing payouts for the ACC and Big 12 are pretty similar. So its a lateral move that comes with a costly court battle with the remaining ACC schools over the GOR. And I can't see the Big 12 wanting to add FSU and Clemson and giving them a revenue share if there's a chance the ACC will still own the media rights for FSU and Clemson home games

ETA: the only way I can see FSU and Clemson to the Big 12 being remotely possible is if the B12 was making a major power play and had extended invites to 8 ACC schools in total and go to 24 teams while the newly invited ACC schools would have a majority vote needed to dissolve the conference or get out of the GOR.

A 24 team Big 12 split into divisions would be interesting.
