Winston should have spoke up by now...
His attorney said earlier (before DNA was proven) that Jameis had two witness affidavits that had his side (these are roommates/friends though....)
Its just a a damn shame. For both of them. Her for this experience....and him because he threw away his football career (if he did it)

Since she literally went right to the cops after the act, I honestly think it may have been rape. She didn't wake up the next morning and go, "Oh shite."

I just find it a bit fishy that the girl in this situation kept everything quiet and didn't have JW arrested on rape charges months before he became a CFB star. It isn't rare that we see lesser known players get the boot for issues {Ex. Jeryl Brazil and his rap sheet]

I think the victim said an unidentifiued person put something iñ her drink. Might have taken her awhile to collect herself. Also, the reason she consented to a blood sample which verified that she wasnt drunk, and might have identified what was put in her drink
If she has drugs in her system, it was rape
