Pitching: Jacob deGrom
Alvarez makes his MLB debut. Interesting timing but Ruf was an absolute disaster at DH. The kid can’t be any worse. He’s currently the youngest player in MLB.
The Mets are up 1 on the Braves in the division. Big series to avoid the wild card round. One win in the series gives the Mets the tie breaker should they end with the same record.
