Did you know the NBA has a rule that a player can still play with 6 fouls?

Of course it's only under very unique circumstances and apparently the rule has only come into play 1 time and that was recently in 2010. Check out this video.

Actually happened in 2014 cavs/lakers. Chris Kaman laid across all the empty chairs because the lakers were so short handed.
Cavs lost and Mike Brown v2 was fired shortly after.

I think basically you gotta play with 5. So if one of your 5 remaining players fouls out, they can still play. There’s some other bullshite to the rule, but essentially, you can’t play with less than 5 on the court.

Definitely not the rule in college. I remember Southern Miss playing with 4 a few years ago and Alabama playing with 3 last season.

saw it in person once... while I was at Loyola NOLA
SUNO came in with 8 players... 1 got hurt and 3 fouled out... they finished the game with only 4 on the floor
