For one, this has nothing to do with that guy's story, but in Bo's defense he averaged more yards per carry. Henry had over 300 more carries (A machine )
Taking nothing away from either, but offenses were built and defended much differently during Bo's high school days vs Derrick's.. Running a wishbone offense where defensive keys determine who carries the ball is much different than simply handing off to a guy who was physically head and shoulders above everyone else on the field. Both are great though. DH would have been a monster in those old Nebraska offenses.

No.
Hershel Walker is and always will be the that guy.
Consider this, his physique at 18 was almost like a grown 29 year old man that had years of weight training. He didn’t weight train. He also didn’t grow up rich so his diet wasn’t good and there were no nutritional plans back then for people follow etc.

Hershel is considered the only human that was legitimately considered NFL ready out of high school.
That is absolutely insane.

He'll be better than big time recruits like Bryce Brown, Joe McKnight, Marcus Houston, Gerald Riggs.
He won't be as good as Derrick Henry, Adrian Peterson, Jamal Lewis, Reggie Bush, Bo Jackson and Hershel Walker.
I'd slot him in with guys like Leornard Fournette, Cadillac Williams, Marcus Lattimore

No. That would be Earl Campbell.

He was rated behind Crowell before he reclassed. Crowell has 15 pounds on him and an equally impressive highlight tape.
