It is working. Kubiak is a good coach in his own right. I just thing Elway is kind of a dick and John Fox got shafted.

Also I think Elway's shrewdness and business acumen has greatly benefited Denver.

Look back at when he lured Peyton to Denver. Not only did he get Peyton, but it was basically the only way he could easily get rid of Tebow without backlash.
