Lol. Aranda and everyone else had to hold O’s hand that year. We saw what O actually was in 2020 and 2021.

The people who wanted Aranda hired as HC were the same ones who celebrated the Orgeron hired.

Being a HC of a failing program isn’t the same thing as being DC at LSU.

Not really. There were a lot of O haters who loved Aranda and despised O for the public shots he took at Dave after he left for Baylor.

Read the damn quote. I was talking about Jeff Grimes, who I think is very overrated and is now being exposed as such at Baylor.
I think Aranda is very smart and a good coach, but I’m not sure if he will ever recruit well enough to be more than an occasional success. He doesn’t seem interested in playing that game and you can’t win big in college football if you don’t.

Dave Aranda is the best defense coach in college football and a far better head coach than Ed Ogeron. You saw what happened when O was left to himself without Aranda and Slinger. I will always be thankful to O for 2019 but let's not kid ourselves.
