Anyone have an update on correa’s night at round rock? Hopefully he played and survived without tearing his labia or something.

1/2 with a line drive single into LF, a line out to CF and 2 walks.

frick Correa, he’s dead to me

Unless he wins us a WS, but even then I trade him in the offseason

He likely played the 1st inning, then had to rest

They’ll see how he responds on his off day tmrw

May start Sunday

Ottavino with a meltdown hurt the Yanks, him not covering first and then the balk

So basically, they lost

I’m not a prom anyone.

Either we are good enough or not.

The only real concern is the bullpen. As of yesterday, this offense is better in every way to 2017, and in the running for one of the best ever. That’s with Correa, Altuve, George & Yed missing significant time

They did but still one game up, Ottavino is essentially the reason as Tanaka left with a 1 run lead. Had he covered first base then he escapes the inning without the run and the Yankees may go on to win.

It is fun watching all these pitchers who won't see the postseason pitch for the Yankees right now. I haven't watched the Stros much to see if they're doing the same

Round Rock got knocked out of the playoffs tonight. Fayetteville plays a series deciding game tomorrow night, if they win Correa will join the Peckers. If they lose, he'll do simulated games.

Astros have the roster to win it all

I have no doubt Hinch can manage the playoffs

My hope is that he didn’t underestimate the value of HFA

Me thinks he did. If we happen to still get HFA while not playing to win every game, then more power to him.

I don’t take pleasure being in constant opposition to our choice to not field our best team every night, when we should know how important it is to have HFA vs the Yankees

Astros should win it, with the injuries the Yankees have had this season it is honestly surprising they have the best record.

The Astros have the better player at every position but 1B, C and the bullpen (Yankees are ahead in bullpen ERA last I checked) it seems. Maybe LF but Brantley has been remarkable as well so I consider it even.

Consider Severino hasn't started, Betances hasn't pitched, Montgomery hasn't pitched, Stanton has only like 20 AB, Hicks has only played 40 games, Judge missed 2 months, Sanchez missed 1 month, CC has missed a month, Tauchman is out for the season, Andujar has been out for the season, Happ is going on 10 day IL, Holder has been out, Maybin missed time, Urshela has missed time, Torres missed some time.... It is a miracle
