A community leader like Ryno will make it through. Hoping for the best for him and his family.

Hoping this becomes a rallying point for them and the spark they needed. The Stros are pretty much the only thing to look forward to at this point

Julia said yesterday that some of the players families were with them on the road trip. Marwin posted on twitter and it sounds like his family is still in Houston. I hope for his sake and whoever else left their families that they can get back to Houston in a few days.

All but confirmed were headed to Tampa for this series.

Hinch said Altuve asked him yesterday: "How many days do I have to play with this on my heart?"
His family and baby are safe in Houston

Damn.

I think they'll end up playing the Mets there too. Don't see any way that series is played here at this point.

Hope you guys are doing okay.

Saw MLB/MLBPA is donating $1 mil to the efforts and the Rangers are donating the 50/50 raffle for all three games this weekend to hurricane relief.

There are actually Rangers fans who can't understand why this game isn't being played in DFW

Seriously, how stupid do you have to be to where you can't comprehend why a team doesn't want to play a "home" game at a visiting stadium.

I think the major issue is MLB doesn't want that scenario when it affects the Wild Card and playoff seeding races.

Exactly. With 19 consecutive road games it's not incoeivable to see how we could be in a division battle on our hands two weeks from now. You don't want to start your post Harvey road trip in Arlington, get your arse beat in three straight and then have that set the tone for the next 16 on the road

@astros You do realize if you played in Arlington you raise tons more $$ for victims. Not to mention TR fans would cheer for Hou.

Oh but don't worry, the Rangers fans will cheer for the Astros!!
