That slide step must be tough to master. Who knew?

ETA: Teoscar is still having trouble with the K's, but he's pulled his Carteresque batting avg up to .230 and has 16 HR's and 29 SB's on the year.

Appel would be the lone white guy falling down in the back.

Fun fact/trivia: Three of the runs Appel allowed tonight were unearned due to 2 errors. One guy committed both. Guess who?

For some reason, I am STILL holding out hope that Appel will make it to the big leagues and contribute.

Phillips knew what he was doing. Just like Pujols...

I was pulling hard for Villar to be flipped in a package for someone at the deadline. He just doesn't and will not ever have it between the ears. All the tools in the world and he's a spaz.

Someone will make a deal for him this offseason. He can hit enough that a bad team will try to make a 2B or 3B out of him.

If finding a spot on the 40 man is a problem and they don't want to release Carter, why not Grossman or Hoes?

We already have a glutton of Outfielders now, and Springer will be back on the team soon enough. In a pinch, Marwin can play LF, why not get White up just to see what he's about?
