What a shitty fricking loss.

Offense didn’t do much, but that’s on Abreu and Jake.

Abreu fricking it. It’s a shame he’s not catching the L

That’s a damn near impossible bullpen to scratch a run off of going from Ashby, to Uribe, to Megill.

And they gifted you the chance and it fell to the worst hitter on the team who has, what feels like, zero compete in him. He wanted nothing to do with Uribe.

Can’t get over how outmatched Brice was. He needs to go back to Sugarland for a while.

Those walks hurt but we had to score with bases loaded in ninth

I can’t even blame Matthews

Espada put him there. And him putting a ball in play there would be the equivalent of Jake throwing a ball on the fly to the fricking infield

Impossible

While he definitely was, it’s not surprising.

What was surprising however was how overmatched Yed was. Not even competitive.

No such luck.

They just asked him if he considered Santa in the 8th. He dodged the question completely.

Putting Abreu in against the team with the lowest chase rate in MLB is certainly a choice
