Being a meddling old matchup fool rather than seeing the kid was locked in.
Taylor needs to do what he did on the strikeouts. High fastball and bury the slider. He needs to be doing it in the middle innings for awhile, if the buffoon manager has finally figured that out.

That’s two shitty outings in the last 3 appearances for smith. Him, paredes, Taylor, Raley. Useless. That’s quite a few guys you can only use when you’re up 7 or getting blown out.
