Just read that Blubaugh hasn't thrown more than 79 pitches in a start this season. We're currently on pitch 60 through 2.2IP

His command isn’t good enough for the level of stuff. The JP error eas unfortunate too. Think he’d be a lot better as a reliever where the velocity should be up a tick
