The double plays are killing us this series.

These guys are incredible. what a knack for immediately pissing on any potential rally.

We got our 1 run early. What more can we ask for?

Lance's biggest strength and weakness are similar.

He doesn't throw anything straight, and he is incapable of throwing anything straight.

Has he located a fastball for a called strike today at all?

Depends on his definition of located.

He has run fastballs back over the plate against left-handed hitters a couple of times.

Lance is gonna struggle to get through 5 again. He's picking up strikeouts and issuing a bunch of walks. Bad news for the pitch count. Pushing 60 pitches through 3.
His fastball just keeps running arm side.

Lots of criticism for a guy that just struck out 5 guys the last two innings.

Despite elite stuff, Lance labors and lacks command. He's basically a 5 inning pitcher most of the time. The way he battles also helps lead to those injury issues.

Criticism or fair assessment?

It’s funny watching last night’s postgame. Because there were so few highlights Julia interviewed Lance for today’s game. She asked some question about his curve ball and it relating to success and he immediately shut her down saying that he didn’t really need his curveball to be successful, that he could get by with other pitches and alter his repertoire based on the opponent. Funny.

Let's put Gattis on the DL with an ingrown toe nail so Davis can get 10 more days of at bats.

It feels like I’ve watched fisher ground out to the first baseman a million times

He might as well have said he didn't need his right arm to be effective.

Just put the bullet in the dogs head and be done with it.

Demote Giles
McCullers to close
Peacock to rotation

Jason Castro just had the worst at bat we've seen this season.
