There's a video feed on astros.com. not broadcast quality but if you really wanna watch, its an option.
This is the 3rd time we've faced Wainwright in just over a week...Sunday, Saturday and Wednesday and we still can't hit him. I'm not one to put a whole lot of stock in spring training but our starting offense as a whole has been sluggish out of the gate.

So Frambaw went to see some guy out in LA and apparently the latest X-Ray shows significant healing, and surgery has not been recommended. Still no timetable on his return but very interesting

We face deGrom the last two times we played the Mets.

The video actually isn't bad. I tried this once before and the camera was completely static, didn't move or anything. This feed is synced with Astros radio and though it's only one camera from behind home plate, they actually follow the action.
