Reminds me of a joke Nick Dinsmore (Eugene) made once, which is that Missy Hyatt had blown so many wrestlers that she spits Somas.

As far as the usage goes, Nash et all have talked about how the quality of the Somas they get would vary wildly, as some nights a few would knock them on their arse and some nights they would take handfuls to no effect. Sunny may have gotten cheap Mexican ones for Waltman.

I almost had to send you a receipt for a new laptop screen after the first one LOL.

The story that was told on the Pritchard podcast from her book on how she’d go get dope for the boys in Mexico must be heard to be believed. And I have no doubt that it was all true, she gave details right down to the dosages.

Although Waltman has probably done so much s**t over a years … he acts perpetually stoned, it’s almost like he could give you a contact high via YouTube … it also might take Elvis level dosages to impact him.

That was from a Cornette roast.

He also took a moment to celebrate the release of all those Chilean miners, saying that 8AM this morning… Jerry Lawler opened his front door.

Somas was a hell of a drug

When Bobby Duncum Jr overdosed, he was apparently grabbing them like m&m's and downing them with beer.

It was definitely a major problem with a lot of wrestlers in the later 90s.

They got big in the WWF because Vince started suspending guys over pot. Louie Spicolli would take 50-60 a day like it was nothing.
And there was no such thing as a downside guarantee. Which is why it hate it when people now talk about how wrestlers are supposedly more disciplined today than in the past. Every swinging dick in WWE right now has a 6 figure downside.

It was her and Spicoli, they had a legendary haul WM12 weekend (which was in Anaheim) after visiting Tijuana. Thousands and thousands of pills.

"6 Pac, 1-2-3 Kid, whatever you wanna call him. His name's Sean Waltman, and the only reason they keep him around is because they think it's funny when he gets drunk and throws up on himself!"

Watched the episode on YouTube. Never mentioned his wcw run which I thought was odd.

Seeing Cornette getting emotional isnt something I see very often.

That was one of the saddest episodes in a sea of sadness with the Grahams going 3 male generations of suicide in the order they went. Damn.

Dark Side Season 4 Ep4 What happened to Doink the clown

Cliffnotes: Talked about his drug use, Hacksaw vs doink feud and talked about the incident in Houma, Louisiana.

Curious about how he really died.

They left off his abortive run in Georgia where he and Arn Anderson were supposed to be tag champs but he got in trouble for something (stat rape of a ring rat IIRC) which got him sent out of the territory and left Arn SOL on what was supposed to be his first big push.

Matt Borne as heel Doink going out into the crowd during a TV taping intermission in 93 and getting attacked by the fans with Tony Garea yelling backstage "DA CLOWN IZ DOWN, DA CLOWN IZ DOWN"
