So her actions in the story bother you more than his?
If it's not confirmed, what are his actions that we know for sure should bother us? We don't really know. But we do know her actions are at the very least questionable. She took a bunch of money to keep quiet, and didn't keep quiet while as far as I know not returning that money.

I'm not sure. Both of their actions seem shitty. I'm being critical of her because she is the one playing the victim card and violating the agreement she was paid 375k not to violate at this point.

And yeah, I'm not sure which is worse, drinking with a girl who flirted all night, having her kissing you in the bathroom while naked in your hotel room, then 5 minutes of sex (which she admittedly probably didnt want at that time but she obviously wasnt protesting very loudly with a group of people all around) or lying and stealing $400,000 dollars (including the legal fees) from someone.
Bit of a tough call frankly. A liar and thief that steals $400k and spends 5 years praying someone is struck down by God then actively trys to ruin their life vs the guy who appears to have been too aggressively sexually for 5 minutes in that situation in his hotel room after drinking and making out all night.
Both are shitty moves IMO.
