Give an example or 2 please.

Brought up horrible examples. Such as USC hanging 70 on the SEC west champions Arkansas. Like the guy above said...no dmac, a heisman contender. IF...big IF...OSU wins the PAC-10 are they really the best team or is it simply a case of USC being caught with their pants down in one game? Then he brought THAT up and said USC is so good it is hard to get up for the "gimme wins" and then in the same breath brought up Fla-Ole Miss.

You think they go undefeated playing UF, UGA, LSU, Bama, etc? I'd still imagine they lose one

Ehhh, the SEC is 35-8 OOC. No bad losses except from our worst teams (Tenn, AU, and Miss St)

It has the illusion of being down because (a) traditional powerhouses Tenn and AU are occupying the cellar and (b) Florida and Bama are so good that they are taking away wins from other SEC teams. You want down? Go see the pac10 and their 13-16 OOC record.

Jesus Christ how disingenous can one be. You should write a book on how to lie with stats. Remove the SUn Belt, Mac, conf. USA, and 1AA teams and see how good the sec's ooc record is. losing record vs. bcs, losing record vs MWC, and a .500 record vs. the WAC.

Miami is the only ranked team the SEC has beaten ooc and they are hanging on by a thread. The PAC-10 has 2 wins over bcs teams in the top-15.

You are so stupid!! Based on what????? Please explain WHY the SEC will be more down next year!! Lets hear it. Forget it. You don't even know enough about your own conference to try to talk about the SEC!!!!

I think certain teams will be down but overall it will be better.

Arkansas - New QB and have a few holes to fill.
Alabama - New QB but young talent, lets see if it pans out
Auburn - If Tubbs is out they are down
Ms. St. - No clue
Ole Miss - Should improve
LSU - Jury still out, depends on Jrs. and D progress
Florida - No idea
Georgia - Losing Stafford, haven't seen the next guy any, can't make a judgement. I know Massaqoui is gone though.
Tennessee - Nowhere to go but up BUT when will they go up?
SCAR - Same old song and dance, I wanna see more results, less "they will turn the corner"

USC has pick of the fricking litter from a state with 36 million people. they have no reason not to be good.

every state in the SEC combined may not have 36 million

Ok you wanna talk rankings lets bring up conference schedules. As of now Florida has 4 ranked teams on the schedule at time of the game. USC has 3. You can't claim strong OOC for the Pac-10 and include "cellar dweller" Tennessee.

And you have a shitload of losses to non-BCS conference teams.

Any objective measure of conference strength has SEC >PAc10 and that includes your beloved Sagarin.

Just wait til USC schedules a home and home against power house Kentucky to further prove their dominance over the SEC.

Knowing our luck every SEC East team will lose 3 and UK will hold some ridiculous tie-breaker and therefore be the SEC West champ.

True. I wonder if USC fans realize Arky played USCE, Vandy and Tennessee as their 3 SEC East games the year they were SEC west CO-champions and went to the SECCG, while LSU drew Florida, KY and TENN.

Wasn't the leading rusher that game and he was injured. Since McFadden was hurt and not playing 100% but you still brag about beating Arky's arse can we stop the "USC lost to Stanford because Booty wasn't 100%" shite? Same concept.

He was the leading rusher in 2005, not in 2006

Who is including Tennessee? Though Ucla is a PAC-10 cellar dweller so at least that is a fair match-up. How about the following:

#5 Oklahoma
#7 @Utah
#8 @Penn State
#9 Boise State
#10 Ohio State
#11 Georgia
#12 Oklahoma State
#14 BYU x2 1 road 1 home
#15 Michigan State
#16 @TCU
#25 @Maryland

That is 12 games vs currently ranked opponents including 10 vs current top-15 teams
