No, actually I recall Darren McFadden as getting the most carries for Arkansas.

You cannot deny that his toe was broken and he wasn't even supposed to play. He didn't start but he did try to give it a go and got a whopping 9 carries w/ his broken toe. Do you not remember that Arkansas also started a freakin wide receiver at QB for that game.

I remember Arkansas getting killed both times we played. That's what I remember. and no Robert Johnson did not get moved to wr until after the USC game.

So does the SEC dip shite. in fact the SEC does not have a winning record vs. any bcs conference or the 2 best midmajor conferences. You did load up beating on the Mac, Conf. USA, the Sun Belt, and 1AA teams though. Congrats

You don't HONESTLY believe the PAC is a better conference than the SEC do you?

And if so, how do you explain your beloved Sagarin Ratings that have the SEC 3rd and PAC 10 6th???

The $EC is better, but USC can beat any team in the SEC, with the possible exception this year of Florida.

I think we can take 'em.

As far as the Sagarin Ratings go, it's obvious that OOC losses really hurt the PAC 10. It's also obvious that the PAC 10 schedules much tougher OOC than the SEC (although Arizona's home loss to NM is worse than Tennessee's loss to the Cowboys in Knoxville because Arizona is a better team than UT. That's the WYOMING cowboys, not the Dallas Cowboys).

Oh I agree.

It's just funny how Ruffalo talks up the PAC 10 as being better than the SEC, but then there rated the 6th best conference in what he says is the best ratings indicator.

I do think the PAC 10 is TERRIBLY weak this year, not including USC of course, they're legitimately a top 5 team, if not better.

Washington St. is deplorable. They really are just
bad, there's no getting around it.

UW has some talent, but they have nobody at the helm. Ty is a lame duck and even when he was driving the ship, he ran it into the rocks.

Other than that though, the PAC 10 really isn't all that bad. Arizona State was overrated, but most PAC 10 fans could have told you that. Just nobody on that O-line that can hold a block, although they have talent elsewhere.

ucla sucks @ss, but then I'm a Trojan, so ucla will always suck @ss even when they're good.

From Stanford on up though, it's a solid if not spectacular bunch.

All I want to know is this:

USC beat an ordinary SEC team by 50 once.

Florida beats very good SEC competition by 30, 40, 50 every week.

Why aren't they talked about as the "best team ever?" USC beats a Washington school by 60 and the media creams all over themselves.

Ok, And Florida, Georgia, Alabama and LSU can beat any team in the PAC 10, with the possible exception this year of USC. USC would go 2-2 if they played those 4 games.

yeah, this is the same Cowherd I have heard sing the praises of the SEC as the best conference in football and it's "not even close"

who knows how he actually feels about anything, because he flip-flops for ratings

he is from Pac-10 country tho

Arizona lost on the road not at home. Only home loss for Arizona is USC.

How can you put LSU in that category? LSU is on the level of CAL and Arizona. Between those 3 I would pick the home team. Oregon and Oregon St. are on a level up from LSU, they are comparable to Georgia. Only team in the SEC that can compare to USC is Florida. Also the only team in the PAC-10 that can compare to Florida is USC
