Putin forming a Russian team and challenging them to a real "World" Championship then forcing Griner to play with her freedom on the line would make for an interesting movie.
Except that the Aces would lose on purpose. They need extra motivation as well. Perhaps a death threat and/or kidnapping side plot.

Raiders must be subsidizing that team that started out in San Antonio and Utah before moving to Las Vegas
