No matter how you slice it, harden better player. Kobe, had better teams. Or lesser opponents to go through.

This might be the dumbest thing I’ve ever read on this site, a thing unsupported by facts and context, I literally became dumber reading this

Maybe one day you will come to realize that titles are a team accomplishment, and players are best judged by their individual stuff.

In no team sport does a single player make as big a difference to the outcome as does basketball, only 10 people occupy the court at a single time, sure teammates matter but a single great player with a single great performance more often than not constitutes the difference between victory and defeat

Sure why not….. I have NEVER said Harden is a bad player. In fact I have said on here that the Nets should win it this year…. However Harden has been out of shape this year and it showed in these playoffs….. Harden finally got his wish to be a part of a big three and failed….. I mean I realize you are nothing but a troll who loves sucking on Harden, but I wonder how you will feel in a few years when the Rockets hoist that trophy by beating Harden……

That is pretty funny considering everyone in the media was saying he played the best ball of his career this year

And he lead the #1 offense in league history

It bewilders me how you just make stuff up that you know I can refute in about 30 seconds with data.. proof. Numbers.

It doesn’t ever deter you though. I admire that a little if I am being honest.

It is like the guy who keep running his head into a wall.

You're doing this thing where you ignore a ton of important things.

Harden's best elimination games are when his team gets blown out. That is making his elimination games look WAY better than they have been in elimination games where the game is competitive. Scoring 35 and being a 60% shooter is amazing, but if your team is losing by 30 it doesn't matter as much. You are big on talking about empty stats and Harden has empty stats in games where his team gets blown out.

I have never looked up ONE single NBA stat… EVER…. Don’t need to ….. stats in the NBA don’t mean shite to me…..I have always used the eye test as an example of how a player is playing… you don’t do that…..IMO Magic is the 2nd best player EVER I don’t need to see his stats to say that…. He changed the game…. Larry Bird is Way better then Harden could ever think of being….. and of course there is MJ….

You are focusin on a handful of games I am pulling 100+ Harden > Kobe in the playoffs. You can but and what if all you want. The bigger sample size is always better. Always.

I have you the numbers for his last 8 elimination games. 48% fg, 27.5 points.

Points down, Shooting % up from his normal #s. You are the one picking and choosing which games to include. Not me. I am going with ALL plauoff games.

Not sure how you can refute stuff about your dude when he’s a known choke artist, no rings, and never advanced to the Finals as an alpha of a team but whatever makes you sleep good at night, Boom

The facts ie. NUmbers paint a much different story. No one can show me with numbers how Harden is not better in the playoffs than many of the greatest to ever lace them
Up. You just can’t. It is all stories. Opinion. Not based in data.

Give you credit, Boom, you sure know how to frame these points to give you wiggle room by using as broad a nomenclature as possible.

But hes never won a title… you can bring up all the numbers and advanced stats all you want…. But if I talked about Magic the same way you talk about Harden, Magic would have won 8 straight titles…..Magic was never the scorer that Harden is , BUT he was A LEADER !!!!!!!

Don’t care about titles when it comes to Individual players. They are only use as a “tiebreaker” when two players are very very close by other measures. Titles are a team accomplishment. No one worth listening to ranks players by how many titles they won.

Suns in 5, if Kawhi doesn't play.

Suns in 7 if Kawhi returns by game 3.

Bucks in 5.

Cool story.

They've been underdogs all PS. They've fed off of it.

To be fair they were never anywhere near this much of a dog. I mean not even remotely close.
