It's actually not bad coverage TBH. It's not top end production but it's better than what beIN and Stadium put out.

Not sure when the game was initially set up but b/c Rice is at Hawaii they were able to add a 13th game in week zero. It's their only FCS game of the year though and I'm guessing they are using it as a tune up for their game vs Houston next week.

They played Prairie View in 2016 and Wagner in 2015. Dunno why they would stop playing FCS schools unless they are just going to whore themselves out as an away team OOC. UMass WR just juked the Duquesne CB out of his shorts for a TD.
