All those players sucked. Injury or not.

Larry Hughes averaged 22 ppg the year before he joined the Cavs. He got injured first year in Cle, played on 36 games and was never the same. 22 ppg isn't sucking.

Well if he was never the same after injury, he was never the 22ppg scorer, so not sure the relevance there.

He was also a career inefficient volume shooter, so just pointing out 22ppg is not really indicative of how good he was.

I was responding to why LeBron didn't have more good players his first time around. Hughes was a big add that didn't go well due to the injuries.

He was not a high efficiency scorer, but in that year, he also led the NBA in steals per game. He was a legit threat both ways that came to play with LeBron in FA and just had bad luck hurt his career.

Going back to Cleveland wasn’t an awful decision

It gave him 1 more title, and without the warriors putting togehter what is considered the greatest team ever by many, he would have won 2-3 more titles in Cleveland

And rumors were the wife had a lot to do with it. She wasn't fond of Miami.

I believe his teammates are actually really good. He just does not make them better.

Which teammate of his proves this point?

Tell me which of his teammates was playing really well on a really good team before they came to Cleveland.

Seems like every single one of those players came from losing squads and they're just now coming to an organization with any semblance of success.

No one gets turned into a winner overnight. Winning is learned. Thought you would understand that more than anyone.

Seems like coaches like Brad Stevens and Quinn Snyder and coach d’antoni and James are actually people who get the best outta guys when they are around them. And someone like Lebron is kinda fake news. None of those guys are better.

Everyone who defends lebrons lack of NBA titles always brings up the fact that "he has no help" and he "carries his entire team".

Why has this been the case for 10 years in Cleveland? (2003-2010 and 2014-2018)

Why would he come back to Cleveland if he felt the management was poor?
Why would no one crawl to Cleveland to play with the greatest player in history?

Applies to the first Cleveland stint, not the second with Kyrie, Love, JR, Tristan, Korver, etc

Cleveland is a shithole and no one wants to willingly go there. He won his title because Kyrie got drafted there and got the frick out as soon as he could.

He went back there bc they had Kyrie and Wiggins that he knew they could flip into another star, Wade and Bosh were aging and he had to go somewhere. Cleveland happened to be the best situation and he could spin it that he was some angel for "going home to make things right".
