Damn, the boys have been hitting some bombs this series. 2 HR each for Baez and Bryant, 1 for Olt, and 1 for Soler if my count is correct.

For those of you waiting on Baez to be called up, Cubs super prospect aka 28 yr old utility man who has bounced around the league, Chris Valaika, will be called up instead.

Really wish Theoyer would call the kids up and let them take their lumps now. But holding off does give that extra year of control.

I actually feel bad for you. Like, for real, not just in a Cubs fan pity sort of way. That sucks.

I think I was being trolled. Baez is staying. I never expected to see much of Soler because I didn't think he'd be promoted so soon. But if I don't get to see Bryant I'm going to take a dump at third base during the middle of the game. I'm going to be on the news. I fricking mean it.

I'll DVR it for you.

I saw the Iowa Cubs vs. Memphis Redbirds a few months ago... Baez was in but didn't do shite. The Redbirds pitcher had a no-hitter until 2 outs in the 9th.

Unfortunately, tonight is my only realistic opportunity. I'll take what I can get. I really hope I get to see KB, though.

So, we'll know exactly who each other is? I'll be the guy pooping at third base, and you'll be the naked guy.

Kris Bryant just made that zephyrs pitcher throwing the 99 mph fastball look like a pitching machine. Hit one 400 feet foul, then straightened out the next one to the tune of 430 feet fair. fricking incredible.

Soler and Baez also had 2 each. Good 5 game set for the super prospects and the sploosh emporium.

I was able to attend the Tuesday and Friday night games. All Bryant did was come out, sign everyone's autograph, take pictures, and hit the dog shite out of the ball. Not to mention the fact that he was damn good in the field. My 10 year old couldn't believe that he got his auto and got to see in person just how good this kid is. Go Cubs Go! Mr Bryant, you are in fact the man!
