It's one thing to say "I feel I should be getting the ball more to help out the team." Keyshawn did that. Freakin' Jerry Rice did that.

It's another thing to be like TO and:
Criticize your QB
Question your QB's leadership
Question your QB's toughness
Speculate on how better the team would be with a different QB
Strongly imply your QB is a homosexual
Never once acknowledge any fault in a TEAM game and constantly blame others for any failures

This isn't an exaggeration. TO literally did all of those things, all the fricking time. He was the worst possible teammate, and a locker room virus.

TO was definitely a better overall wideout than Chad.

No kidding, anyone who doesn't realize that is blind by hate. But I would much rather Johnson on my team than Owens at this point.

If you played with Steve Young and then for Jeff Garcia, anyone would look horrible in comparison . Owens was young, stupid and immature then as well.

He's done this everywhere he's been. An absolute locker room cancer.

TO has had a lot of teammates back up some of the problems he had in Dallas (Romo forcing the ball to Witten) and in Philly (Mcnabb's work ethic).

A better question is why were only those teams interested in him? And why did neither make an attempt to re-sign him?

But yea, it's the media's fault, TO did nothing wrong

I never said he didn't do anything wrong. But to completely dismiss the other side of the argument is assanine.

T.O., cancer or not is light years better than Chad Johnson. Now, in their prime, or all time. I'd rather deal with a diva who can produce than a guy who focuses more on touchdown dances (when he rarely gets there) and a lazy work ethic

Chad Johnson might have been the most over rated player in the last five years... so ya T.O is way better

TO caught more passes for more yards and more TDs when they both played for the Bengals in 2010.

Huh? If anything Chad was underrated his first 7 or so years in the league because people only paid attention to his antics and celebrations instead of his 6 straight 1,000 yard seasons (and 7 out of 8). He was on a great pace before Carson Palmer fell off the face of the earth and the Patriots experiement didnt work

But TO has deffinitly ha the better career and was the better player overall. But Also i would much rather Chad Johnson on my team (great teammate) than TO (headache for the team no matter how you slice it)

They didnt want him back for some reason even at the cheap price tag.

Ditto

Plus the guy was and still is begging for a job. Truth be told Owens was a great reciever, just wasnt worth the grief. He's a clown and a locker room divider despite great talent.

If only great teammates won games.

T.O.'s teams have been in the playoffs 8 of his 15 seasons. He's averaged 72/1,062/10 throughout his career. People say the same shite about Randy Moss, yet all he does is help teams win as well.

Im sure playing with Steve Young and the 9ers, being on that loaded Eagles team, and very good cowboys team had nothing to do with that.

Chad Johnson spent the first decade of his career with arguably the worst franchise in the NFL and got to the playoffs with them. He also got to the superbowl last year if you dont remember with the Patriots

Comparing those two in that way is completely ridiculous
