Your formula for strength of schedule is WAY out of whack. Don’t know what formula you’re using, but it’s clearly not a good one. Here’s some of the other major SOS rankings available:
Jeff Sagarin: Cincy 70, Navy 73
Ken Massey: Navy 59, Cincy 54
Teamrankings: Navy 54, Cincy 55
Anderson and Hester: Navy 54, Cincy 36
Based on that last one, I’ll give Cincy a very slight edge in schedule difficulty. But I’m sorry, your formula is clearly garbage if it says that cincy’s schedule was WAY harder. That just isn’t the case.
