I like Oregon at +3.5. Oregon is coming off a bye and have the best pass rushers in the PAC. Also, Oregon is good in pass pro. Herbert should have a clean pocket.

This one is interesting.
On the one hand, Wisconsin is as good as any when it comes to controlling the clock. In that sense, I do think getting Wisconsin at +7 is good.
On the other, Wisconsin's defense has suffered a number of injuries, which isn't ideal for an inexperienced bunch. They've really struggled, which you don't say often when it comes to a Wisconsin defense.

I'm all over Appy State tonight, even at -10. I actually had this line set at -17. I'm generally adopt a very cautious approach in backing road teams in weeknight games, and so I might lay slightly less lumber than I would if this were a saturday game with everything else being equal. But I just think Appy is the class of the league by a comfortable margin, and the lines still haven't quite caught up with them.

arkansas state allowed 350 rushing yards to ga southern last week and lost by 7 on the road. allowed unlv over 300 rushing and won by 7.
i agree that app state will be able to run the ball, probably at will. but i think ark st can score enough to make it close. it may take 400+ on the ground to cover the 10.
i really like the ark st qb justice hansen. he is a one time ou depth chart qb and has been really good at ark st. ark st is usually pretty good in conf play. covering ats about 65% over the last 5 years. 0-1 this year though.
ill prob play the ark st +10 but i really am just glad fun belt is back.
