Personally, I think they should just go with the outcome the last time we played them in Lexington. No need for the home fans to sit through another home loss.

Okay someone who thinks they know more about football than I do
why wouldn't you facing 4th and 15 why waste the timeout on a punt attempt take the penalty keep the time out
what difference will the yardage make especially from that point on the field in fact I think at that spot on the field you might benefit from an extra five yards of room so the punter can go ahead and let loose instead of trying to be finite with the kick trying to get it inside the 10

The only thing I can think of is if you think your blocking scheme is really messed up and there was a good chance it was going to get blocked.
