Do these Cal/Wash announcers only have like 3 things to talk about? They are really loving themselves Spavital when Cal is down 31-12 w/ 9 min left in the 2nd

So I wanted to see what the "cell phone incident" was that these guys started talking about.
It's pretty great. JMU HC challenged a call and tried to use his cell phone to show the refs they got the call wrong.
