I'm not all about "SEC, SEC, SEC", but out of 13 games, Boise played against 3 teams with winning records. They beat 3-9 Nevada and 2-8 Wyoming by a combined 11 points.

Get rid of conferences if this is your issue. SEC had just as much league parity as every other league this year. You see the other conferences as “bad” for that but your conference as “elite” for it

They beat 12 of the 13 teams on their schedule. So why keep records if all people will complain about is strength of schedule.

If Alabama is out, what is damaged? It makes teams go schedule tough opponents if they’re in shite conferences.
They lost twice to 6-6 teams. And one of those losses was a blowout that Bama could only muster 3 points in as 2 TD favorites.
If Kentucky or Arkansas had played Bama’s schedule with the same results, this entire conversation wouldn’t be happening. Bama gets mulligans that very few other schools in the same position would get.
