I would like to know actual stats on points scored in that kind of weather. I heard some guys talking about how that has more of an impact on the D since they are the guys have to “react”.

Can someone say why I shouldn’t bet Washington -7.5 against Cal? Penix just had a record setting game and Cal lost to Colorado but it looks like the public is favoring Cal.
