The way my guy sets teasers is this:
4 team = + or - 13 points off the actual line
3 team = + or - 8
Example LSU is -5.5 I four teamed it and got it at +7.5

Yes, but I may not be looking closely enough on the set up. It's pretty smooth what he did. He got his boy in Vegas to set up a website for him that looks like a sports book page. Everyone has their own account.
I think you can do different options on the teasers, I just have been stuck on the 4 teamers because I've been hitting them at about 90%.
I may need to look closer at all the options.

4 team teasers should pay much better than dollar for dollar(1 to 1)
you should be at least getting 2 to 1 or something but you are getting much more points so i duno
