How on earth is the O/U rising with 100% rain? It is up to 53.5 on oddsmaker and rose from 52.5 to 53 on 5dimes

It's a line split, they are betting over then when line gets to a certain # they will pound the under ...IMO and Indian Cowboy is horrible
