Sorry, that was a typo. I fixed it.

I was referring to your playoff loss. I'm not making excuses for our loss in your place last year.

well to be fair, the 49ers and Seahawks were the clear two best teams in the NFC last season.

they were just the better team that day. we never had the chance to blow it

Seahawks, yes. We beat the niners last year. I felt we were better than them.

the saints have had the best road record in the league since 2009 and 2nd best in the league in the sean payton era. I think we can figure out how to win on the road.

eta: that was in the middle of last season. it could've changed but the point remains

Do you feel the Jets were better as well? I mean they beat the Saints last year.

It was fairly obvious to fans and media pundits nationwide that the 49ers and Seahawks were the best teams in the NFC last year.

Despite doing everything in our power to blow that game, we won it.

The Seahawks had our number, but we had a great chance at beating anybody else, IMO.

we beat them as well, on the road. without boldin, but still

they were a completely different team in the divisional round

should've beaten the seahawks in week one, but they were still better too

The fact that we beat the niners isn't the reason I felt that we were better. I felt like we were a better balanced, overall team, especially after we made the switch at LT, and Armstead got his feet under him.

Of the 5 games we lost on the road, 3 were to division champions, 2 of which were lost on the last play of the game.

The other was to the eventual Super Bowl champion who has the craziest home-field advantage in the league.

Perhaps your cherry-picked statistics are over-blown.

If we're comparing who was better last season, let's just look at the scores.

31-13 blowout
13-17 close game
