It’s blows my mind that people will watch sports for political reasons instead of entertainment reasons. I watch it for the game in hopes that my fav team wins, not because someone has a diff belief system than me. frick that ignorance. I wouldn’t give two shits what you believe, just win baby!
BLM leaders supported the riots, which tore down black communities. My city as of 2017 was 54% black, 78% of police calls were to the black areas of town, which means, blacks were calling the police because they needed help, but let’s defund or disband them. As a medic, I’ve seen more blacks saved by police in the last year than anyone on this board has read about them killing, especially unarmed killings. They are going after a President who also just initiated police reform, and not long ago with criminal justice reform released more blacks than at any other time in history from prisons. Bottom line, BLM does not care anything about black people. It’s not only racist to everyone else, it’s a slap in the face to black people. That’s what MLB supports

It's funny how much this board claims to hate cancel culture, while also contributing to cancel culture.
Big difference between choosing to not consume a good or service offered by a company that injects politics into their product.....and calling up employers of normal, every day people on the internet and demanding that they be fired.

Again, that has nothing to do with my team winning and playing the game. You don’t know how to not make it political

It’s funny how sky screaming liberal fricks suddenly pretend to not know what cancel culture is, even after Bill Maher has addressed it.

Thing is, I don’t give a shite if someone kneels or not. Again, I’m watching for the game itself. Not the pregame. It’s not injected into your life if you just stop caring about it and focus on the actual competition itself.
"I'm watching for the game itself, I don't care that a player on my favorite team thinks I'm evil because of I'm white or Jewish"
"I like the competition, so I'll ignore the blatant pandering and watering down of the product to placate people who scream all day on social media and aren't fans. Twitter is more important you know"
"My favorite team just shared a post on social media showing how evil white people are and I shouldn't be a fan because of my political beliefs. Doesn't matter, I'll continue to consume because my TV told me so"
...this is what you sound like.

I haven't seen a single person in this thread suggest that people should be fired for their political beliefs.

MLB has made it political. Literally put the politics on the field. This shouldn’t be complicated, even for you.

Adorable.
You're just as bad as those sky screamers who are also tearing the world apart.

How? By allowing kneeling during the anthem?
If so, isn't just allowing the anthem political?

But if you want to be blissfully ignorant and just continue to consume as you're being told to, be my guest.
I will gladly blissfully ignore minor things to still enjoy things that I enjoy.
But if you want to continue to be outraged about literally everything as you're being told to, be my guest.

There's going to be a political message painted on the pitchers mound. How can you watch the game and avoid that?

the same way I would if it was a McDonalds logo
the same way I don't even notice all the advertisements for anything else while watching games

I didn’t make it political, they did. It’s an awful movement started by awful people, who in reality, don’t give a damn about your average black person

You do realize that most everyone you watch on TV or at a movie theater is a BLM supporter, right? You realize that just about every retailer that you buy things from are BLM supporters, right?
People don't have a problem with black lives mattering. The name and slogan are just fine. The problem is that underneath the surface it is a marxist organization. It was done this way for a purpose, which is so that you can't criticize it and it just keeps on rolling.
It's a marxist organization masquerading as a civil rights group.

And American's shitty journalism industry gives them a pass on their radical politics, opinions on Jewish people, and their association with terrorists.

So then what's wrong with putting the slogan on the field if it's fine?

When McDonald's becomes associated to multiple domestic terrorists, your argument may make sense.
