I have no issue with these dudes leaving to go make a shite ton of money.
Let’s say Saudi’s decided to come after America’s sweetheart football next. If they decided to start poaching college football’s best and some of the older established NFL stars later in their careers do you think you would care? The more pertinent question is would the SEC or NFL care? That’s what the PGA is dealing with.

The NFL is smart enough to have collective bargaining which shares revenues with the players union which shares the money.
PGA won't do that
That's why they are ripe to be taken.
I can't even imagine being stupid enough to say any athletes in the last segment if their careers wouldn't take 200M to go play in 8 events!

100/100 of the golf journalists would take that pay also. Yet the journalists want to act like they are so morally superior than the players who are taking the nice retirement package.
Journalists in America calling out anyone for "selling their soul" is possibly the greatest example of the pot calling the kettle black in history.

Every player will eventually do that. No way Justin Thomas is going to watch Martin Kaymer make more money in seven events than Thomas makes all year as one of the best in the world. LIV will expand to more events, more players and the PGA will not be able to compete if their answer is to ban anyone that plays LIV.

- LIV is a breakaway golf tour that the PGA hates because it can outpay and replace them.
- It’s funded by the saudis, so all the SJW media are up in arms about it.
- Phil joined and tried to be a people pleaser by playing both sides of the Saudi argument, so now people hate him.
- Today was the first round of the first tournament and it went well, so all the people that wanted it to fail are whining nonstop and trying to poke holes in it

TBH I really don't care that we do business with China, Saudi Arabia, etc. I have a MASSIVE ISSUE when those companies try to get political about "social justice" and shove that shite down our throats when the hypocrisy of it all is plain to see.

You think NFL players get a bigger cut than that?

I’m just saying if you care about China you should care about the Saudis, and Vice versa
But the truth is there is hypocrites both ways that only scream about one while ignoring the other

It’s the exact same as the NBA making money in China, but the people who piss and Moan about NBA/China won’t have a problem with this, and we know exactly why.

Because the PGA players haven’t spent two years calling America an inherently racist country, taking part in social protests over “oppression”, while at the same time censoring themselves so they can continue to make money off one of the most racist and oppressive governments in the world?
I agree

You keep bringing 9/11. If they did find it why didn’t we do something about it????

Don’t drink anymore. So answer my question.

Golf whored itself out to a brutal regime for money and scramble play, lessening the competition.

But we have a lot of people outside the NBA, who are furious with China and our dealings with them. They are adamant about separating ourselves from them. We can see those same posters not care about the Saudis and LIV
Look, everyone has a conscience til they get offered millions of dollars. I truly wish the Saudi morality angle was never brought up, because o think it has shielded people from some of the true negative reasons of not wanting LIV

And we all know why the people who piss and moan about NBA/China feel bad about themselves when NBA players and coaches virtue signal. You’ll never be able to hide it.

Now why did we not go after the Saudis that bank rolled the actual terrorists? Because we are knee deep in their oil and we would let them rape our children in the figurative governmental sense
