Southwestern Bell Telephone Company sponsored the 100th year anniversary and that's when they changed the name from Shootout to Rivalry.

It is too bad that LSU and Tulane don’t play for “The Rag “ anymore. They wouldn’t have to change the name. It could be sponsored by the company that puts the tampon dispensers in the men’s rooms.
