I hate Cam Newton more than anyone, but he played pretty good and handled himself very well today (I thought anyway).

He looked very competitive, even after taking a serious hit. He came back and led them on two drives late in the game to get it close. Almost had another until the Saints D stepped up late.

When Cam is on, he is as good as any quarterback in the league. He is just so damn inconsistent and acts like a douche most of the time so a lot of people hate him.
Still the best college football quarterback I’ve ever seen.

Funchess on that last pass should have caught it for a TD but he didn't even try so it just hit the turf, was a great throw by Cam.

He didnt even try to reach out for a ball that landed right beside him, inexcusable for an NFL receiver to lose concentration or just not care enough to give more effort in that moment in the game.
