Big deal… until a NFL team has a coaching staff that is at least 25% transgender then they still have work to do. Hopefully by next season we see teams step up and choose to be on the right side of history and make this happen.

There are things women and men shouldn’t do. Women shouldn’t be coaching football, a men’s sport. Biological males shouldn’t be using the women’s restroom. Clown world we live in.

It's about being able to command enough respect to lead the men. It doesn't just come with the job title. All year I've been saying McDaniel must be a hell of a coach bc a little nerdy dude like that is not gonna get the respect of his players unless he really really knows his shite.
Does this woman know her shite enough that the players respect her? If so, good for her. I'm a bit skeptical though.
