Joe Johnson is a career underachiever and they have no bench.

That team is just not good

ESPN just spent 30 minutes talking about who will start for a jets team that can't make the playoffs and just glossed over the fact that avery was fired.

solid.

I am very pleased about this. I had some real reservations that he would have been able to play WR for LSU and coach the Nets at the same time.

I'm surprised he lasted this long. Dude's a terrible coach.

King should've been fired before Avery.

Why does it feel like Carlisimo has been a lifetime interim coach?

He has a point. Nets couldn't hit a damn thing on Xmas.

Still doesn't change the fact that AJ isn't a good coach though.

Oh yeah that's fair. I have no idea why people think Wallace is still good. He's an good defender, but has no ability to shoot.

We'll see. I think they're better than they've played. Maybe Deron will be freed and feel more comfortable in the offense again.

Wallace is still a good player... just not as good as he was. He's also never been known to be a good shooter... that's not something that has recently changed.

Deron has stated a few weeks back that there's too much iso plays in there offense... he's had plenty of freedom to operate. If anything, he needs more structure... like how it was in Utah.

The Nets have a good team... they just need some chemistry and a good coach.

Jalen Rose taking a shot at D-Will?

JALEN ROSE ?@JalenRose
I knew when the Nets began to struggle(lost 10 of last 13) & D-Will spoke out against the offense that Avery would be fired. #WEAK #NBA

D-will is a fricking bitch...Rose is right. All the guy does is complain. Could have gone anywhere in the world he wanted and went to the nets and in less than 3 months is bitching about the coaching system. Do these guys not research? Does who is coaching not matter because they know if they just start bitching they can get him fired?
