Lol First off, you honestly haven't read up on Jimmy Haslem. Secondly, yes the Browns did tank for 3 straight years. It was well documented in a long ESPN article about the dysfunction of the Browns under Haslam's ownership.

I can see why he’s frustrated but am not seeing where the racism is?
I often have my mind made up on who I’m hiring but still have to legally complete more interviews.

Eric Bienemy, in my opinion, needs an OC job away from Andy Reid and Mahomes. Those two men, who are great at what they do, is why Bienemy is doubted when it comes to his coaching prowess.

I agree. The problem here is the optics. Against the backdrop of the Rooney Rule, this looks kinda bad, even though the Giants actions almost certainly had nothing to do with the fact that Flores is black.
If the Rooney Rule did not exist (not saying it should or should not), no one would care about this.

Now tell my why Leftwhich isn’t already a HC somewhere?
For being a coordinator for Tom Brady?
Go compare his record and resume against someone like Pete Carmichael who has waaaay more experience and success.
Carmichael is 100 times more qualified than Leftwich.
*and there are alot of Carmichaels all over the league.

Either the imbalance of white coaches to black players is at least to a degree becasue of racism, or you belive it is because white coaches are smarter and better suited.
If it's possible for an entire race to be inherently racist, then it's also possible for an entire race to not be smart enough to run an NFL franchise.
And I've used this example before but just because a guy is amazing at running the fry machine at McDonald's it doesn't mean he's qualified to be the McDonald's CEO.

Didn't the Jags want him but he withdrew his name because he doesn't like the GM?

"I do think that there are back channel conversations and back channel meetings that are had that oftentimes influence decisions. I think [the Giants hiring process] is a clear example of that. Here's Bill Belichick, his resume speaks for itself. He has influence. It was clear that that decision was made with his influence. That's part of the problem. That needs to change. There needs to be a fair and equal opportunity to interview and showcase your abilities to lead and earn one of those positions."
So it was ok for Belicheck to use his influence to help Flores get the Miami job but he's pissed he did the same for Dabol?
