yeah brad isnt saying that at all. all he is projecting is uga beats bama, and that a&m gets picked as the 2nd sec team. which would suck.

Give it until the end of the season, that aTm home will wear off when it really comes down to picking a team.

LSU to Rose

Fiesta has the first pick as of today, wonder how much that changes with the ducks' computer score improving week by week

I doubt Clemson gets picked over USC/UCLA.

You have to be in the top 14 to be eligible for an at large BCS berth. USC would have at least 4 loses and UCLA 3 oh and they would most certainly take Clemson over UCLA. Clemson has a large and loyal fan base that travels. UCLA fans don't even travel to home games.

arlington stinks #1

it's on a island all to itself on Fox #2

and IMO it's a regional bowl now, not like the past

I love the bowls but IMO all conference tie ups should be abolished, every man for himself after the top two

would be much better matchups JMO

Rose will take ND based on Disney

What does Disney have to do with anything. You think the Rose Bowl people are unaware of Notre Dame's drawing power without network suits telling them?

Who ever picks first will take ND, especially since there will not be a 2nd eligible Pac12 team. No need for tinfoil hat stuff.

1) I grew up in Arlington and can't agree more. For being a fairly large city it's boring as shite.

2) After this year the Cotton Bowl is going to to virtually be a BCS bowl

3) I just think it'd be awesome for LSU to run texas out of the Dome

eta: FWIW the bowl against a&m was a blast

I think it will be home for the championship for a bit at least

meh. I like better record match-ups. I'd be ok with the BCS rankings placing teams and making the matchups

it's fricking criminal to me that Rutgers goes over UGA/LSU/A&M or something like that

a total fraud

so, stay in Dallas.

that's a bonus.

yeah, that's killed a lot of interesting match ups, but the trouble was, bowls started inviting teams before the season was over. I do wish the BCS bowls had a little more flexibility, we've had some unnecessarily bad match ups in big bowls.

So you know who owns the TV rights? Do you also understand the history involved in bringing ND to that game? The Fiesta is going to have first pick, but Disney will pressure them to take OU or aTm.

Brad Edwards thinking the Fiesta will take A&M over undefeated Notre Dame is absurd.

sure, great for the Rose Bowl, has nothing to do with Disney.

No, no they won't the Fiesta Bowl will take who they want. Disney broadcasts the Fiesta Bowl too. It makes for a good conspiracy theory. but if Disney had that much pull, why wouldn't they force Notre Dame into the BCS CG? That game gets better ratings than the Rose Bowl. Just stop with the black helo stuff. The suits are not that involved. They are making money either way. It doesn't not affect Disney's bottom line if ND is in the Rose Bowl rather than the Fiesta.

Who ever picks first will get Notre Dame, I think the Rose Bowl will get first pick anyway.

Brad Edwards is no longer just a stats nerd. ESPN is paying him to stir the pot. Not to the Stephen A Smith extreme but just enough to come off as a complete idiot without compromising his BCS projections.
