Bowl Confidence Pool Canceled Game

I run a pool and trying to figure out the most fair way to fix this now with a canceled game

Adjust all points above the BC/Boise pick down by one point, and just treat it like there was never a game scheduled.

No matter what you do someone gets screwed. If you had 1 and its canceled you lose nothing. If you have 39 pts, you cant make those pts up anywhere else. If you count it, the opposite happens.
