I have been seeing that the C's are "aggressively shopping" their third pick. I normally hate trading away picks especially at number 3 but this is a two star draft with Simmons and Ingram. What would y'all do with the third pick? Personally, I hope Danny Ainge trades it for a guy like Kevin Love. There would probably be more to the package but Love's stock has plummeted and I think Cleveland wants him out.

Do you think Kevin love is worth the third pick anymore?

That would be an absolute steal for Cleveland if they got the 3rd pick for Love

this is a good question. the third pick will be the most interesting, IMO. you kinda know who will go 1 and 2, maybe not the order. but they could go a lot of different ways at 3.

I don't think there is anyone worth the third pick in the draft. Trade for Love. Maybe he can reconfigure himself in Boston with Brad Stevens.

In the right system, on the right team, Love could be worth it. I don't know enough about the C's to say.

Would it, though?

But you are taking a max contract back compared to a rookie deal. It's not just the third pick Boston is giving up. It's who they could sign with the money as well.

Stevens is known for getting the best out of all his players.

It would have to be a 3 team deal, Cavs have no use for the #3 pick.

And yes, Love is absolutely worth that pick and the Celtics would have to give up more. This board is so reactionary, Love was playing great basketball 2 weeks ago.

Oh I know. I am just avoided saying, hell yeah love is worth it. Everyone is down on him right now, but I think its a simple as he doesn't fit in on the Cavs scheme and team.

He was tearing it up in Minn, I find it hard to believe that he can't get back to that.

#3 this year for Love and the Cav's #1 in 2019 unprotected.

Boston has the cap space to take on two max contracts plus with the cap to go up soon, I don't think that is a big deal. Even with a trade withe Love, the C's could still go get Durant (highly unlikely but still hoping) or another big time free agent.

How is Buddy Hield being projected in the NBA? Surprised he's not being touted more highly with the recent infatuation of three point shooters..

I agree he will never get back to that but I also think he is a way better player then what he is showing right now.

For real.

I'd take that in a heart beat.

Who's to say that he won't? But he may not have to. He was the only good player there. Had the same issues there that KG had. No help.

His current value is overblown. He's max contract volume scoring pf with no defense. He's not worth anything more than a late 1st and some role players.
