They aren't ranked third, thats just how the playoff seeding works with auto byes for conference winners. They are ranked 9 and Penn state is 4.

They should’ve been a road team in the first round. If you want to give them a chance, go ahead, but they shouldn’t get a bye (or a first round home game for that matter).

The only way PSU loses this game, is who their HC is. Franklin's biggest win was against SMU of all teams. Credit Boise, they are still breathing.

Gotcha. Let me ask you a question. You actually going to watch , for example Texas or Ohio St v Boise in the championship? Think about the question before you give some knee jerk reaction. I want a heavyweight bout, not some cream puff that walked arse backwards into the final game because their opponents crapped the bed , giving away points and with overrated coaching. IF you want to see some pee wee league program go against the big boys, have at it. Shite, the SEC, and everyone else might as well quit paying players, right? Throw out all the NIL crap, and go to Boise , BYU, or UNLV, and play in front of crowds no larger than Evangel HS on a Friday night. It never ceases to amaze me how many people in this country have become glorified wimps , and root for weaklings.
