Serious question. Who was the last star to come out of the Cards farm system. (Only count those that actually played for them…sore subject, I know)
good question in past, they would flip prospects for star type players
now, since they depend on development, i don't even know. been a lot of hype, but a lot of fluff from many.
JJ is a stud, and he should of went #1 in draft, that injury at wvu pushed him down.
but, gorman, walker, etc all are still young, but look like AAAA players
i do like some of the pitchers, but let them throw, stop keeping them in AAA, they get lit up, you give them next year, you see improvement, they continue, if not, you trade, draft, sign, move on

I’m actually impressed with that number

Imagine if the Cardinals ever went through some *actually* bad years.
Since 2000, they've made the playoffs 16 out of 25 seasons. They only have one 90-loss season since 1990(!).
It's easy to be the BFIB when your team is literally never out of the mix. TBH you've gotta give the organization props for incredible consistency, but it makes it easy on the fans.

Yeah, I don’t know what he was confused about in that last post lol. But to be honest, what major city isn’t a shite hole nowadays lol

Why isn’t he up yet? He’s proven AAA is beneath him

They're fed up with the front office.
I get it.

I don't get it either. The stadium has been a bunch of no shows since last year. That didn't suddenly start happening now. It sounds like Cubs fans have already thrown in the towel, so they have to find someone else to take a jab at.

This has been years in the making. If you remember, the upper deck seats were nearly empty in the 2019 Cards/Braves NLDS and against Washington in the NLCS. They haven’t been serious title contenders since 2013.

Royals fan, eh ?
St. Louis is outdrawing your KC Royals, a team that made the postseason last year and are currently three games above 500, by 6,840 tickets sold per home game, on average tickets sold, by nearly 7,000 tickets per home game, and it wasn’t that long ago your team won multiple pennants and a WS.
KC, Football Town.

There’s a MAJOR reason why the state of Missouri and 2 governors have to had to take over the city prosecutor’s office and the STL. Metro police department.
And in doing so, the crime stats have spiked !
Yay

He’s right. You could pick any seat you want back then. Gussie trading Carlton away for peanuts dicked the team for a decade, but at least we had Brock, Gibson, and a young Keith Hernandez to look forward to watching…..who’s worth watching on the current roster ?
Bloom has his work cut out for him, and I don’t envy him.
