Besides Tannehill, has anyone regressed more than Josh Allen?

Tannehill’s 13 TD passes to 12 INTs and 6 fumbles takes the cake.
But Allen ain’t right either.
81.7 QBR last year to 58.8 this year. I don’t know what QBR is but that can’t be good.

I think the Bills have actually changed their offense a good bit and it’s effecting him. He’s not going as deep as much and they are running the ball more.
