guess we need a definition of "common"
is he going by any score that ever exists? then yeah 1-0 would be the next most common.
if he's going by number of innings that end with a particular score, then 1-0 may not be second.

Well every single game that doesn’t end 0-0 is 1-0 at some point (even if just for a moment after a HR with people on base). So that would seem pretty common.
