Honor ap wins the beauty contest for sure. Interesting choice to go 7/8s as the last derby work. Usually you see a 4-5f and he’s one that I would think they’d be trying to put a little speed into. His last race was weird. Got kinda clobbered at the start then looked done in the stretch before rebreaking for 2nd.
It’s about time for the yearly tradition of reading Hunter Thompson’s derby is decadent and depraved. He’s my dad’s favorite and he just found a shirt for me that says depraved and delayed

Well...
After Arkansas when they decided to “train up to the derby” for 4 months it said everything I needed to know about his soundness.
They had to work the crap out of him since he wasn’t racing to stay fit like the rest
